- Box Jumps (30)
- High Knees (40)
- Wall Sit (40-sec)
- Push-ups (10)

DIRECTIONS :
Must warm-up your body before starting any workout at-least for 5 mins.Repeat that circuits 2-3 times per day for best and quick results.
