BEST WARM-UP EXERCISES
Hi Everyone !
Everybody must warm-up at-least 5 mins before starting any kind of workout.Because if we do workout without having warm-up first, our muscles may be stretched and we will unable to do any activity for few days.So must warm-up yourself before starting any workout.
EXERCISE :
That Warm-up Plan consists of following exercises :
- Neck Stretch.
- Triceps Stretch.
- Shoulder Stretch.
- Dynamic Chest.
- Dynamic Back.
- Mid Back Turns.
- Knee Circles.
- Hip Circles.
- Toe Touches.
Do these stretches and exercises as shown in above image before starting any kind of workout, it will warm-up you and you will greater able to do workout with your full efficiency.
