THE BEST WAKE_UP WORKOUT
Hi Everyone !
Everyone wants to look smart,slim and lean but we all are too much busy in our daily life we don't have time for proper exercises.Today i will give you the "Wake-up Workout", good thing about it you can do it at your own bed almost ;).As you wake-up do it, exercises in it are easy and simple.You can do them all within 10-mins and no need of any equipment, you just have a stoop watch.And i hope everybody will have 10 mins for their beautiful life.
EXERCISES :
The Wake_up Workout consists of following exercises :
- Jumping Jacks (10).
- Squats (10).
- Lunges (10).
- Climbers (20).
- Push-ups (10).
- Plank Jacks (10).
- Sit-ups (10).
- Knee-to-elbow Crunches (10).
- Elbow Plank (30-sec).
NOTE : Drink Lemon water as you wake-up along that workout, it will boost your metabolism system and you feel more fresh and fit.
