- Front and Back Lunges (30 sec + 30 sec)
- Quick Feet (45 sec)
- Advanced Bridge (45 sec)
- Touch and Hop (30 sec + 30 sec)
- Bear Squats (60 sec)
- Jumping Jacks (60 sec)
- Side Lunge to Curtsy Lunge (30 sec + 30 sec)
- Crab Toe Touches (30 sec + 30 sec)
- Plie Wall Sit (45 sec)
DIRECTIONS :
