Today i will give "Total Body At-Home Workout", with which you can do exercise at anywhere you want or at your own home too as no equipment is required for that workout.Within a month you will have Abs, beautiful upper and lower body shape.You just need for that workout is a stop watch.
EXERCISES :
That Total Body At-Home Workout consists of following exercises :
Abs
- Starfish Crunches (10)
- Bicycle Crunches (30)
- Side Plank Lift Crunches (10 each side)
- Curtsy Lunge To Calf Raise (15)
- Knee Drivers in Low Lunge (15)
- Step Ups (15)
CHEST&BACK
- Push-Ups with Rows (10)
- Superman Lifts (10)
- Alternating Superman Planks (10)
- Lying Chest Fly (10)
BUTT
- Squat Pulses to Jump (10)
- Hip Bridge Lifts (20)
- Donkey Kicks (20 each side)
ARMS&SHOULDERS
- Triceps Kickbacks (10)
- Serve The Platter (10)
- Shoulder Presses (10)
- Shoulder Press-Ups (10)
DIRECTIONS :
Must warm-up your body before starting that workout and repeat that circuit as many time as possible for best results.
