THE EGG DIET PLAN

Quick loss of weight is very taught work, but with proper diet and simple workout we can achieve it easily.Today i will give you a diet plan with which you can lose 12 pounds within a week i.e "Egg Diet".Actually egg is full of proteins and vitamins that will make you healthy and egg will also speed up your metabolism and in result fat around your belly burn quickly.For a week use that Egg Diet and stop eating unhealthy food and see the results.
DIET PLAN CHAT:
Day 1:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of low-fat milk and 2 oranges .
Lunch: 6 ounces of boiled skinless chicken and 1 cup of yogurt
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 5 ounces of boiled skinless chicken and 1 orange
Day 2:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with juice squeezed from one lemon
Lunch: 1 grapefruit and 5 ounces of roasted fish .
Dinner: 3 hard boiled eggs
Day 3:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 cup of warm water with 1 squeezed lemon
Lunch: 6 ounces of boiled beef and one grapefruit
Dinner: 3 hard boiled eggs.
Day 4:
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with onion, parsley and dill
Lunch: 5 ounces of cooked chicken with salad
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg and two oranges
Day 5:
Breakfast: 1 tablespoon of sour cream , 2 hard boiled egg and 2 carrots.
Lunch: 2 carrots, 1 cup of fresh orange juice
Dinner: 3 ounces of boiled fish and 1 boiled egg
Day 6:
Breakfast: 5 ounces of low-fat yogurt and 1 freshly squeezed lemon or orange
Lunch: Two grapefruits and 2 boiled eggs.
Dinner: 1 glass of water with squeezed lemon
Day 7:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and half a grapefruit
Lunch: 6 ounces of beef and 1 orange
Dinner: 1 glass of water with squeezed lemon
